What do Premium, Very Good and Fair mean?
Every device we sell is inspected and graded before listing. We sell three tiers:
Premium — Looks unused at arm's length. The frame may carry a couple of faint hairline marks under 2mm. No dents, no chips. Battery certified at 90% or higher.
Very Good — Light cosmetic wear. The screen may have a few small scratches under 2mm. The frame shows the kind of marks you'd expect after a few months of use. No dents, no cracks. Battery at 85% or higher.
Fair — Visible wear. Scratches on the screen and body, possibly a small dent. But no cracks, no dead pixels, no structural damage. Battery at 80% or higher. Sold as-is — the price reflects it.

All transactions are processed securely. Tech Pasar does not store your card details.
What is your return policy?
14-day returns from the date of delivery. Contact us within 14 days and we'll arrange it.
Once your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions including the pick up details. Please do not send any items back before contacting us — unapproved returns cannot be processed.
What warranty do you offer?
Premium and Very Good devices come with a 30-day limited warranty from the date of delivery, covering hardware defects that existed at delivery. Fair-grade devices are sold as-is, no warranty applies.
Beyond our warranty, your statutory rights under Singapore's Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act 2003 and Sale of Goods Act 1979 apply in full — including the 6-month presumption that a defect appearing within 6 months of delivery existed at delivery. Nothing in our warranty limits or replaces those rights.

Do you check battery health?
Yes. Battery health is tested on every device and listed on the product page where relevant. We don't sell units with severely degraded batteries — our minimum battery health standard is stated on each listing.
How fast is delivery?
Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days from the date your order is confirmed and shipped.
Delivery days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.
